My 2 week volunteering experience with Globalteer has been life changing. The Cultural diversity, educational differences, social differences have educated me beyond my expectations. Team teaching, sharing knowledge and experiences with local staff was superb. The children are keen learners and simply adorable.
Excellent home stay Accommodation, warm welcome, friendly staff that I now consider friends and such an incredibly diverse and beautiful landscape. Will definitely return in the future for a much longer volunteer stay or hopefully as staff. Thank you Laura and team xx
I volunteered for 2 weeks at the EVP Cambodia. It was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. To be able to see elephants happy in their natural habitat was amazing. Globalteer were really helpful with the process and everything ran so smoothly during my 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit the EVP through globalteer. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat.
In 2016 I led a group of students from Durham university on a charity expedition to Peru during which we volunteered for 3 weeks at Globalteer's project in Oropesa, Cusco. From start to finish Globalteer were really great - organising the volunteering with them for a large group was easy and professional, our time there was well thought out as we got to make a difference in many different parts of the project (painting a new mural, cleaning and painting the old office for new use as a kitchen, helping out with classes, to name a few). Overall, I would highly recommend Globalteer to volunteer with and I hope I can find the time to volunteer with them again soon! :)
Volunteered in Cusco, Peru through Globalteer for 2 weeks. The volunteering program was absolutely amazing. The staff at Globalteer as so welcoming and friendly, not to mention very professional at the same time and run so many great/meaningful projects. Will definitely be volunteering with Globalteer again in the near future. Would recommend to anyone :)
