It is composed of a campus with a preschool, elementary, middle, and high school in Even Yehuda; and the Jerusalem American International School.

WBAIS teachers are dedicated to student success, concerned about the physical and emotional well-being of their students, passionate about student learning and excited by the prospect of working within a dynamic, diverse community.

Classroom practices emphasize active, collaborative learning; team-building activities; the application of technology to authentic learning experiences; differentiated instruction and student achievement.

Professional development is an ongoing priority. We strongly believe that a school improves when its teachers are committed to lifelong learning. Most of our faculty hold a master’s degree or higher.

Additionally, annual funding supports in-service activities, consultant visits, conference and workshop attendance, advanced course work and special projects. In short, while our professional standards and expectations are high, they are supported by a wide variety of professional development opportunities.
