I was looking for good, affordable tours to do to the Bay of Islands and Rotorua and Waitomo while my mother was visiting me in New Zealand and I came across a flyer in my hostel for this company. Their itinerary for both tours completely fitted the bill as they covered the typical stops and the tour manager Senthil was more than willing to give me a 10% discount as I was booking 2 tours.
I found both days to be excellent. Senthil picked us up at our hotel in a really nice comfortable car, gave us the itinerary for the day but also was very flexible if we wanted to add anything in. An extremely friendly and knowledgeable guy, Senthil gave us lots of information as we drove to each stop and was always very engaging and warm.
When we weren't able to do the Bay of Islands cruise due to poor weather conditions, Senthil was able to take us to KeriKeri instead and show us some interesting sights there so that made up for it.
Rotorua and Waitomo was my favourite day as we went to the Geothermal Wonderland and got to see an amazing Maori performance as well as eat a traditional hangi lunch. The Waitomo Glow-worm caves was also a highlight. When my mother was scared about doing it, Senthil reassured her that it was perfectly safe and an enjoyable tour so that was much appreciated!
I would highly recommended booking a tour with this company as Senthil really does give it a personal tour which you would not get with a big company such as Graylines and he also does offer excellent value for money.
