Trip to Ghana

I was extremely nervous upon booking the trip as I didn't know what to expect.

The first few days I will be honest I didn't enjoy it, it was such a culture shock, and I couldn't get in touch with home as there was no WiFi. I soon sorted that by buying a Ghanian SIM.

The actual experience it's self was amazing, spending time with the children was great and made everything worth while.
There were options to do a variety of things rather than just one.

I spent time at the orphanage and now sponsor one of the girls there.

If you want to make a difference in people's lives this is the thing for you to do. Go to Ghana you won't be dissapointed.

In terms of the planning and description - the website description needs updating, there was a pool at the property but you had to pay to use it.

The free t shirt described, we never got - we actually paid for one there and didn't get it.

Apart from the above the trip was fantastic.

Wow, just wow!

I love Bali! As soon as I touched down in the county I fell in love. Everything about the country was perfect from the night life in Gill T to the cooking class looking out on to a beautiful forest of trees and wildlife.
Can’t thank gap360 and my tour guide another for making my first sole trip so rememberbale.

Always choose Gap 360

I've travelled with Gap 360 on their Volunteer and Safari Adventure in SA and the NZ Kiwi Discovery Pass. Both trips were amazing! In SA you get to go to Kruger NP, work with a local school and day care centre, do conservation work, not to mention being up and close with so much incredible wildlife. They offer you so much pre departure information and support and help you to organise flights, visas etc. Gap 360 help to make your trips so smooth and hiccup free. Would 100% recommend them to anyone, I pretty much always check their website first for trips when I'm booking a new adventure!

Trip of a life time

What a great start to my trip to Australia met some great people and the tour guides were extremely helpful and supportive. OZ is such an amazing place and I've only been here for almost 2 weeks now! Can't wait to see what happens with my year here.
My only slight critisism is the fact you actually go through gap360 to get to ultimateoz and it's only like a month before you go that you get an email from ultimate and your like what the hell is this

2 weeks in Costa Rica

Well, what can I say. To start the service I received when booking my trip was excellent! They were always an email or phone call away which helped ease any concerns before the trip.

Once arrived, the airport transfer was as promised and my home stay was so nice. I undertook the learn Spanish course at the school and this was so well run. The staff were really friendly and helpful and I always felt safe knowing I had people to turn to for help and guidance.

I got to see some amazing sights and the whole trip helped me evolve as a person. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trip away which isn’t your typical lay by a beach.

Go Gap

I have done 2 trips with gap now and neither disappointed. So many wonderful memories, experiences and made some amazing friends via it. I went on the the Bali intro and volunteer and safari in South Africa and both were amazing. Highly recommend.

Thai Intro

I went on the Thai intro September/October and absolutely loved it, everyone I spoke to along the journey of booking it was extremely lovely and very helpful, when I got out there again the leaders were both knowledge, made you feel comfortable and great people. Every part of the tour was so thought out and they really made you understand and get a feel for the Thai culture while having lots of fun at the same time!
I would highly recommend using gap 360 again and cannot wait to book my next adventure!

Around the world and back again!

I have been on two Gap 360 trips now and they were honestly the best experiences of my life!! If you’re reading this and wondering whether you should travel or not, go for it! It’s seriously life changing and you’ll never regret it, the only negative is that you’ll want to continue travelling for ever! The first trip I went on was the ‘Global 360’ which was 5 countries in a year. I started in Thailand (5 weeks), then Australia (8 months), New Zealand (6 weeks), Fiji (2 weeks), and lastly America (4 weeks). The Gap 360 team were so helpful when it came to planning and booking my trip, they were there every step of the way if I needed them, including when my america tour changed locations, they just booked me on a free flight to the new location with no problems at all. Each country included a tour to start off with so I made friends in no time at all! I now have friends all over the world, it’s great (except when they’re posting beach pics and you’re stuck in rainy England!). My second trip was a months tour around Europe, which was another great experience! Surprisingly a lot most Australians do that trip then English people but it now means I have plenty of places to stay if I ever find myself back in Australia one day! So I would definitely recommend Gap 360. They’re a great travel company and I will most certainly be booking another trip with them (just waiting on pay day!)

South Africa volunteer & safari

Absolutely amazing, you get the real South African experience on this trip. The Gap360 team are extremely helpful and make you feel very relaxed when booking your trip and respond really quick when you need their help/advice. I have recently just booked my next trip with gap360, and can't wait for my next gap experience

Thailand

I went to Thailand for the month through gap 360, you get to see and do a lot! Definitely recommend going to Thailand! It’s so gorgeous.

Thailand is cheap but the cost of the trip is very pricy it could be made cheaper as not everything is included once you’re there either, this is possibly bad planning from gap 360 but you have very long coach trips which are really unnecessary as a flight takes a lot less time and cheap!!

Even though In the city you get to do a lot as there are many places to go, the last 2 weeks on the islands can get boring as there isn’t much to do and nothing is actually planned out for you once you’re there.

The tour guide was amazing, he would suggest things for us all to do but it was all money. The trip it’s self was £1300 ish not including flights and then I spent a further £900 while out there, so be prepared for the money you’ll spend!

Always Gap360

I have been on 2 of Gap360s trips in the last couple years. Both trips were completely different but equally amazing. I went on the volunteer and safari trip in South Africa back in 2016 and honestly was the best time of my life. Not only do you get the chance to visit Kruger National Park, go on multiple safaris, donloads of activities but you get to volunteer a couple days at a local pre-school. Spending time with the children was just the best feeling ever. On this trip I met one of my now best friends and since meeting we have been away with gap360 again in 2017. We did the 12 day Bali Intro tour and as usual it was fantastic. Got to really experience the culture, food and lifestyle of the people and had the opportunity to take part in some amazing excursions. My favorites being the volcano trek and scuba diving. Booking with Gap360 is like booking with friends, they are great people who sort everything out for you - flights, insurance etc I can’t recommend them enough :)

Experiences to last a lifetime

Well, what can I say I spent two months away from hone with the help of gap360 and I couldn't of made a better decision, all the experiences I encountered from the absolutely amazing THAI ELEPHANTS!!!!! To hiking through a Thai Jungle, cruising along the Mekong Delta in Vietnam to the stunning Angkor Wat temple in Cambodia, gap360 offers all of these and much much more, if your looking to meet new people and experience different cultures then gap360 is for you, if your looking to see some of the world's most beautiful views again gap360 is for, well worth the money I spent and have memories and friends that will last a lifetime.
