1. Drink lots of water

3. Get lots of sleep & make the most of relaxation time

With long days of activities and socialising sleep might not seem like a big priority. But you will need to get lots of rest due to the exhausting days. Taking some time out just to relax, read or sleep will do your body the world of good.


4. Be social

You will feel better when surrounded by others so if you are having any problems it is aways good to talk.
