PMGY offers 2-week to 6-month volunteering opportunities in Angk Ta Saom. Volunteers get involved in a wide-range of project work including English teaching and orphanage care. PMGY’s English Teaching volunteers programme in Cambodia encourages students to develop a skill that will help them to achieve their future goals. PMGY place volunteers at a community education programme. The school provides free English lessons to children from low-income families in the Takeo province. Most volunteers lead their own classes, although if requested our team can place you to buddy up with a more experienced volunteer to start with although this is dependent on volunteer numbers at the time.
Programme Fees to Volunteer in Cambodia start as low as £240 for a two-week placement. Included within this fee is:
1st & 3rd Monday of every month
- Be at least 18 on your programme start date
- Provide us with a clean criminal background check
- The ability to speak fluent English
