When you join PGL as a live-on Sailing Instructor, staying at one of our 14 stunning locations across the UK, you’ll earn up to £394 a week with your food and accommodation taken care of. With no additional bills, all you have to worry about is enjoying your amazing new job!
We are looking for a dynamic person with knowledge and experience of watersports, in particular sailing. The successful individual will also be able to demonstrate high standards of communication, organisation and attention to detail.

You will need to hold the RYA Dinghy Instructor qualification. We look for applications from people who can demonstrate energy, enthusiasm and the ability to relate to young people.
This role is particularly great for anyone looking to start their career in the outdoor industry, searching for a career break or a rewarding Gap Year project or wishing to develop your existing sailing awards. You'll pick up numerous transferable skills for your CV including group communication, confidence, resourcefulness and how to handle situations as they arise.
All applicants will need to be available until October 2022.
In your new role as a Sailing Instructor, you’ll receive a monthly wage of up to £1,916. Opting in to our fantastic on-site meals and accommodation packages allow you to benefit even more from your PGL experience, and with no further bills to worry about it’s an excellent way to save.
Your uniform is provided for you, and we offer a 20% discount to our colleagues in all our on-site stores.
