Our institute is conveniently located in Costa Rica between the Corcovado National Park and Piedras Blancas National Park in the Forrestal Reserve of the Sweet Gulf (Golfo Dule) on the Osa Peninsula known as “The most biologically intense place on earth”- National Geographic.
All of these attributes make our station an excellent option to conduct biological and ecological field research with us in this remote corner of Costa Rica which harbors 2.5% of the biodiversity of the entire planet in less than a thousandth of a percent of its total surface area.
Our facility offers a center of studies for a wide range of disciplines for both university credit-seeking and non-credit seeking students, volunteers, interns, civil scientists, field courses, student groups, researchers, teachers, conservation trips and other visitors.
