Itinerary
Day 1 Amman
Travel to Jordan's cosmopolitan capital, the starting point for this exciting tour.
Day 2 Aqaba
Set out along the Desert Highway to the Red Sea port of Aqaba.
Day 3 Wadi Rum
Watch towering rock formations and rose-coloured sand dunes whizz past on the horizon before spending a night in a desert camp with our Bedouin hosts.
Day 4-5 Petra
Be awed by the sheer sight of Petra, Jordan's magnificent World Heritage site.
Day 6-7 Amman
Visit the ancient crusader castle of Karak then take a dip in the salty waters of the iconic Dead Sea.
Day 8 Tel Aviv
Leave Amman and fly to Israel, on arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Tel Aviv
Day 9 Tiberias
Drive to Caesarea, built over 2000 years ago by Herod the Great. on the way you will see the Baha'i Gardens, Mt Carmel and the Mediterranean Sea.
Day 10 Bethlehem
Its and early start as we take a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee (weather permitting) Visit Tabgha on the north western shore. Visit the Church of the Annunciation in Nazareth, head to Bethlehem for the night
Day 11 Jerusalem
Witness the marker of Jesus's birthplace, the shepherds fields and the Holocaust Museum at Yad Vashem. Later drive to the Mount of Olives for panoramic views of the old city and beyond
Day 12 Jerusalem
Drive to the Garden of Gethsemane, the Church of All Nations. Walk to St Stephens gate and visit the pool of Bethesda and the cardo before a traditional Middle Eastern dinner
Day 13 Jerusalem
Travel to the cliffs of Masada, head to Qumran where the Dead Sea scrolls where found. Continue to Jericho and see the Sycamore tree and rugged limestone of the Mount of Temptations.
Day 14 Jerusalem
Your tour ends this morning after breakfast.
