On your first day of the 11 Day Zambezi White Water Rafting Tour you’ll enjoy a scenic introduction to Victoria Falls including a Welcome Dinner and Drumming Show. Jump right into the action on Day 2 with rafting training, a history lesson on the majestic Zambezi River, and a Guided Tour of the Victoria Falls Rainforest!
The Zambezi National Park will be your campsite home for the week as the 11 Day Zambezi White Water Rafting Tour teaches you how to pump and rig the raft before you get your first adventure on the Upper Zambezi River!
Day 4, take an hour long Game Drive from the campsite and witness some of the area’s most entertaining animals before hopping on the river for an entire day of rafting!
The 11 Day Zambezi White Water Rafting Tour picks up more momentum on Day 5 as you head down to the canyon to raft rapids both 1 and 11 before seeing the majestic Victoria Falls from the bottom, one of the rarest sights on the continent! Rock jumps, cave diving, and hiking are the highlights of Day 6! You’ll also raft rapid number 17 before lunch and raft rapid 21 after lunch before setting up a new campsite there, deep in the Bush of Zambezi National Park!
Day 7 is an adventurer’s delight! Raft from rapid 21 to the narrows 3, a 5 hour long journey involving rapids, twists, turns, and amazing views! And that’s not all! A Fishing Competition to see who can catch dinner will take up your afternoon and add a thrilling ending to one of the most entertaining days of the trip!
The 11 Day Zambezi White Water Rafting Tour is far from over though! Day 8 is a full day of rowing the river, learning your way around the rocks, rapids, and islands of the great Zambezi! Enjoy your final days by exploring the scenery, wildlife, and rafting opportunities of Victoria Falls before the next day plays host to a Chobe Day Trip, including a River Cruise, a 4×4 Safari, and Lunch! Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Welcome Dinner

Our team will welcome you at the Victoria Falls International Airport and drive you to holiday home.

1900hrs – Official Welcome Dinner at the multi award winning and popular traditional restaurant – The Boma Dinner and Drumming Show at Victoria Falls.

DAY 2: Orientation & Training

0700hrs – Breakfast at the holiday home.

0830hrs – You will be transferred to a half day orientation and training on Rafting and Victoria Falls as a town.
The following will be covered during the orientation:

Introduction to rafting

The History of the Mighty Zambezi river and the gorges

Rafting as a sport

How to pump and rig a raft

Then you will be given your camping gear that you will use for the rest of the trip. You will be given a dry bag, sleeping bag, liner, mosquito net and pillow.

1400hrs – Guided tour of the Victoria Falls Rainforest and curio market.

Day 3: Zambezi National Park

0700hrs – Breakfast at the holiday home.

0830hrs – You will be transferred to the campsite in Zambezi National Park.

0930hrs – Orientation on how to pump and rig a raft and setting up the campsite.

1200hrs – Lunch.

1400hrs – Rafting intro on the Upper Zambezi.

1900hrs – Dinner at the campsite.

Day 4: Zambezi National Park

0700hrs – Breakfast at the campsite.

0830hrs – You will be driven to the rafting starting point for approximately an hour and get the opportunity to view some game. You will spend the whole day out rafting and get back to the campsite at sunset.

1900hrs – Dinner at the campsite.

Day 5: Zambezi National Park

0600hrs – Breakfast at the campsite.

0700hrs – Pack up camping gear, load the vehicle and drive down to the canyon.
-
1000hrs – You will get two hours to do some shopping as you will be deep in the bush for a few days.

1200hrs – Lunch break.

1300hrs – White water rafting from Rapid number 1 by going below the Victoria Falls and seeing the falls from the bottom and go up to rapid Number 11 then back to the campsite at sunset.

1900hrs – Dinner at the campsite.

MEALS: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Accommodation: Overnight at the campsite.
Day 6: Zambezi National Park

0700hrs – Breakfast at the campsite.

0830hrs – You will continue rafting, do rock jumps, cave visits and hike until rapid no. 17.

1300hrs – Lunch.

1400hrs – You will continue rafting up to rapid number 21 were you will set up a campsite.

1900hrs – Dinner at the campsite.

MEALS: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 7: Zambezi National Park

0700hrs – Breakfast at the campsite.

0830hrs – You will continue from 21 to narrows 3 and camp.

1300hrs – Lunch.

1400hrs – You will go on rafting along dam side and return to the campsite were you will be given fishing gear and split into teams for a fishing competition.

1900hrs – Dinner at the campsite.

Day 8: Zambezi National Park

0830hrs – You will continue rafting and now you will get to try to row some rafts and it’s getting easy and exciting.

1400hrs –You will continue on rowing till the end of the day.

Day 9: Victoria Falls

0830hrs – More rowing training and heading to take out and chances are high that you will see some wild animals.
