The fundraising volunteer will assist the organization in planning fundraising events, marketing the organization, and applying for grants as well as pursuing other fundraising avenues.
Under supervision of the Development Coordinator and the fundraising leader, you will gain experience working in an international team, helping to organise events, learning more about the financial-side of an NGO plus the chance to customise your experience.
There are many different opportunities within the fundraising team, marketing, social media, writing, research, relationship-building. Within this team you will be able to let your supervisors know what sort of experience you hope to gain.
The fundraising volunteer will spend 50% of their schedule on fundraising shifts and 50% in other areas of the programme in order to be able to learn about SKIP and the context in which it works. This is an exciting and dynamic role in which you will have a lot of freedom in creating and developing fundraising opportunities.
We are always open to new ideas and suggestions, so there is room for you to use your own creativity in this position!

• 3rd-5th month: 1150 Nuevos Soles per month (approximately £260 GBP)
• 6th-8th month: 820 Nuevos Soles per month (approximately £185 GBP)
• 9th-12th month: 570 Nuevos Soles per month (approximately £130 GBP)

Requirements
Required:
• Excellent communication skills
