Day 1 Delhi
Arrive at any time.
Day 2 Delhi
Take a morning walk through the city with a young adult from the Planeterra-supported New Delhi Streetkids Project. Later, visit Old Delhi, explore the spice markets, and visit Jama Masjid and Connaught Place.
Days 3-4 Jaipur
Stop for a photo opportunity of the Palace of the Winds (Hawa Mahal) and wander the organized streets of the 'Pink City'. On Day 4, enjoy a visit to the Amber Fort, famous for its mixture of Hindu and Muslim architecture. Opt to watch a Bollywood movie in Raj Mandir cinema.
Day 5 Tordi Sagar village
Visit this Rajasthani rural village in the beautiful countryside with a close tie to the land. Enjoy an include camel cart ride to the dam and Sand dunes in Tordi.
Days 6-7 Abhaneri/Agra
Stop by the Abhaneri stepwells on the way to Agra. Visit the famous Taj Mahal, Baby Taj and Agra Fort.
Day 8 Orchha
Visit the Orchha Palace complex in this quiet, rural town along the banks of the Betwa River. Opt to join a local family for a cooking class and lunch.
Days 9-11 Alipura/Khajuraho
Visit the Western Temple complex at India's largest group of medieval Hindu temples located in Khajuraho.
Days 12-13 Varanasi
Take an orientation walk through the oldest continually inhabited city in the world, dating back thousands of years. Marvel at the ghats from the River Ganges as you enjoy a boat trip at sunrise and sunset.
Day 14 Varanasi/Delhi
Free morning in Varanasi to wander around and do some last-minute shopping before returning to the colour, noise and excitement of Delhi on an afternoon flight.
