Animal Rescue Cambodia is a non-profit organization that works tirelessly to end suffering for dogs and cats on the streets of Cambodia.
Since Animal Rescue Cambodia was established in 2016, we have rescued, treated, and rehabilitated more than 844 animals!
Our mission is to create sustainable animal welfare in Cambodia, and end suffering for Cambodian street cats and dogs. We are committed to sustainable and long-lasting change in Cambodia, and work closely with local communities.
Are you are a veterinarian living or travelling in Cambodia? We would love to welcome you to our center, even for just one day! We often need help from veterinarians to treat, neuter and operate on street animals, but also to mentor our Cambodian veterinary trainees. If you are interested, please send your resume and cover letter.
Note: In order to qualify for surgeries, you are required to provide a copy of your veterinary certificate.
Are you a Cambodian or international veterinary student or recent graduate? You can apply to stay with us for two weeks or longer, to learn from our in-house veterinarian. Students may also be eligible to use their internship towards university credits.
Will you be in Phnom Penh for at least three months? Do you have experience in veterinary medicine, fundraising, administration, graphic design or copywriting (articles, blogs, etc.)? We are always looking for motivated volunteers to join our team.
Are you a photographer or videographer travelling in Cambodia? We would love to invite you on one of our outreach visits to a community or pagoda to capture the spirit of our work. Please contact us if you are interested.
