Eligibility & Requirements

When applying to work abroad each destination will have different application criteria. Generally though to be eligible for a position you will have to fulfil certain criteria including:

  • Have a valid passport
  • Be in good health
  • Have a good character
  • The visa you are applying for matches your intentions for your visit
  • Be aged usually between 16 and 40 years 
  • Have sufficient funds in your bank account to be able to pay for your first period of entry
  • You will also have to have an outbound travel ticket to show you will not be staying indefinitely
