These schools meet the requirements of the Government of Nicaragua and follow the criteria established and in line with the philosophy of NCA. NCA establishes schools in two formats: International and National.

The Association of Nicaragua Christian Academy exists to establish, govern and strengthen education communities, and partners with Christian parents in forming active disciples of Jesus Christ, equipped to impact society through the development of their spiritual discernment, moral courage and academic excellence.

Employment

We are glad that you are considering the possibility of joining this team of men and women who love God and desire to see His Kingdom grow through Christian education!

Current Opportunities

NCA is composed of three schools, and at any given time there may be openings at any of our schools.

Career Guidance Counselor

Although our school has a full-time school psychologist who provides personal counseling for students of all ages, as well as vocational testing, we have not ever had a full-time college and career guidance counselor at the high school level.

This is a new position being added with the goal of serving our students better and preparing them for the transition beyond high school.  At least for the first year, this position is not associated with a living stipend; applicants would need to come fully supported.

NCAI English ESL/ELL Teacher

Pull-out ESL/ELL (English as a Second Language or English Language Learning) program to provide additional English language development support to small groups of elementary and secondary students.  We have one full-time ELL teacher and plan to add a second full-time ELL teacher to split the load and expand services into middle school and high school.
