We are looking for a native french speaking, young and highly motivated person, whose mission is guest relation and to assist the GM in the day to day operations of the hotel with an emphasis on the F&B department. Tasks include:
Front of House:
- Hosting
- Guest arrivals and departures
- Guest relations - assisting with other guest activities (booking excursions), handling queries/complains
Reservation
Staff supervision:
- Oversee F&B department
- Supervise other departments
Stock control and store management
Assistance with all other duties/responsibilities the GM assume on a daily basis
