Avoid this company

There are many honest and ethical tour companies in Tanzania and Impatiens Tours is definitely not one of them. I used to consider Enock and Yesaya friends so didn't hesitate to book there vehicles for a humanitarian aid project. When the trip had ended I was promised my money back for months and 6 months later still have not received a cent. Initially they blamed DPO saying they never got the money, they stated they had reported the problem to the Tourism police but when asked for a copy of the paperwork they never sent it. Turns out it was all lies. They do have the money and due to massive unpaid tax bill there bank accounts have been frozen according to Yesaya. No idea if even that is true. Do not trust these guys and don't spend a cent with them. If they will happily take money from a humanitarian project operating in Arusha to help locals they will not hesitate to keep money off unsuspecting tourists. Avoid this company at all costs!

I climbed Kilimanjaro for 7 days with Impatiens Tours and it was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. From the moment I met with Yesaya and Enock to discuss the climb to the very sad farewell at the end of the trip Impatiens Tours went above and beyond to make me feel like a part of their family. If you are thinking about joining a Kilimanjaro trek I 10000% recommend Impatiens Tours Tanzania
