The majoity of our farms will offer accommodation.
This role will have a variety of work with an aspect of routine/following a process. Role will involve some of the following duties:
- Milking cows
- Machinery operation of tractors, quads, loaders etc.
- Other machinery led jobs may include spreading slurry, diet Feeding, Topping, Spraying etc
- Animal husbandry: bedding, feeding & dosing
- Animal movement, handling & observation
- Calf Rearing / Calving duties
- General Farm Work
- Aspects of grassland management
- Best practice for health & safety and hygiene
- Future opportunities of experience working of different size cow herds
