Our packages include a 5- or 8-day stay in one of our 3- or 4-star hotels and up to 14 classes in our training centre. Feel free to choose between yoga, pilates, HIIT, body sculpting sessions and other. This programme is for you if you are trying to lose a bit of weight but also if you just want to improve your overall fitness.

We are open all year and you can join us any day of the week, including Sunday. Our trainers will guide you through your personalised workout schedule and if you change your mind or don't like a certain class, you can always cancel the next one directly from your phone. Make sure you also plan your free time - Malta has so many adventure activities like hiking, diving and other watersports to explore!
