Taking a tour is a great way to travel and meet new people and discover new countries. There are a wide range of tours available worldwide including adventure tours, sightseeing tours, conservation tours, safaris and gap year tours.

You could take part in gap year adventure sports, learn how to scuba dive, take a PADI course and pursue a different career path and train to be a PADI scuba dive instructor abroad. A lot of people on a gap year in South-East Asia learn to scuba dive in Thailand.
