Best Islands to Visit in Asia
Asia has some of the most incredible islands in the world and deciding which one to visit is the best is tough. We understand everyone has different opinions, and as there is a lot of choice it has been hard to narrow down to just 5 choices but here are 5 of our favourite islands to you should add to your Asia itinerary.
1. Perinthian Islands, Malaysia
Quite a remote island to visit, you have to get a boat to get there but it is worth the trip. There are no roads and lots of relaxing places to stay, no cars and the island is very relaxed - perfect if you would like to learn to dive in Malaysia.

2. Bali, Indonesia
A popular choice, this is a very touristy destination and it's easy to see why, expect relaxed surroundings, tasty cuisine, spectacular beaches and tranquil resorts. This is a popular island for Australians but you will find multiple nationalities here. Be sure to check out the local infinity pools.
- Search tours of Indonesia or for something amazing view volunteer programs in Indonesia.
3. Phuket, Thailand
One of the most popular destinations in Asia, there are lots of hotels and beautiful beaches. You can also get off the beaten track very easily for an authentic experience.

4. Cebu, Philippines
This is one of our top choices and a simple stunning destination with white sandy beaches. We think the Philippines is one of the most under-rated destinatons in Asia, get here before the tourist crowds arrive.
