Volunteers are welcome to join this experience, and work alongside our team. The fixed departure rides are 8 and 6 day itineraries, always combining different locations within the game reserveon horseback, one day to explore the local community, its people and way of life and a day in the renowned Kruger National Park.

Volunteers will join us three days before commencement of the safari, and will depart three days after safari end a as minimum duration of stay (2 weeks). Our longer pacements allow for volunteers to help work horses and care for them when not on safari.

Volunteers will be an active part of the team, and will support the operation on the ground by taking part in logistics as well as horse care. Volunteers will have the opportunity to ride with guests on safari, and will also help host guests and look after their needs with the team. Accommodation for volunteers will be in two-man tents. There is no elctricity at our mobile tented camp, and showers are "bucket showers". we only take a maximum of two volunteers at a time, as our groups are small to ensure personal attention.

The candidate must be experienced with horses and be willing to help in all aspects of the safari. We can guarantee an exciting once in a lifetime experience, where volunteers will learn about nature and the environment, and will ahve the opportunity to spend time riding in un-touched wilderness and view animals from horseback.
