Courier Roles

All successful applicants must have previous customer service experience as your main focus will be ensuring that our customers return home having had ‘the' best holiday they have ever had. It is a great opportunity to meet new people, develop customer service skills and improve your language skills.

Your duties will mainly involve cleaning and preparing customer accommodation for their arrival, welcoming them onto the campsite and ensuring that all the customer’s needs are attended to during their stay. You will need to have initiative and be a quick thinker, able to resolve any problems that may occur on site efficiently and effectively.

As a Courier you will also be involved in montage (putting up tents) and démontage (taking down tents) at the beginning and end of the season. 

 

Senior Courier/Site Manager Roles

Our Senior Couriers and Team Leaders ensure that every aspect of our customers holidays is of the highest standard possible.  All successful applicants must have previous management/supervisory experience, exceptional customer service, problem solving, organisation and communication skills.  Your duties will include supporting and working alongside the Couriers, planning and managing the day to day running of the site. 

 

Area Manager Positions

Our Area Managers ensure that our staff on site have all the support they need to have a successful summer.  All successful applicants must have previous multi-site management experience, display budgeting and accounting skills, be able to lead and motivate a team and have excellent communication skills. You must hold a full clean driving licence and a foreign language is preferred but not essential. 

 

Maintenance Roles

We have a variety of positions within our maintenance team, Your duties will involve preparing our accommodation at the start and end of the season along with repairing our accommodation throughout the summer.  You must hold a full clean driving licence. 

 

Montage and Demotage Positions

  • Our Montage assistants are required at the start of the season to set up our sites.  You duties will mainly include putting up tents, setting up equipment and cleaning accommodation.
  • Our Demontage assistants are required at the end of the season to help shut down our sites. You duties will include taking down tents, moving equipment and cleaning accommodation.
