Alp Shack

Alp shack is an independent family business launching a new chalet in Montorlin, La Plagne.

We aim to provide our guests with a fabulous experience in a first class chalet set in the heart of the Paradiski area, with an emphasis on warm hospitality and excellent service. We are seeking a competent individual as a chalet assistant. The successful candidate will be self motivated, enjoy teamwork and have the ability to be flexible. A good sense of humour and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Experience/ Qualifications:


Previous ski chalet or general hospitality experience is essential for this position, to ensure the highest levels of customer service is maintained at all times. Applicant must have held a clean drivers licence for a minimum of 3 years. Spoken French an advantage.

Duties to include but not limited to:-


Assisting Chef with day to day running of kitchen and the chalet, by way of: Serving breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner six days a week; making beds; cleaning and general house keeping duties. Cleanliness/ hygiene will be required to a high standard. A limited amount of driving will be required.

Package includes:-

Travel to and from UK to chalet at beginning & end of contract. Accommodation and food. Lift pass to be purchased by successful applicant but company will reimburse full cost at end of contract with final months salary.
Insurance.
One day off per week.
Competitive rate of pay.
