Mexico Adventure Volunteer Adventure Trips

Join The Humanity Exchange volunteer team in the undeniably alive Mexico! If you close your eyes you can hear it; the bustle of the day-to-day, the fiestas, and the laughter. You can also smell it; the fresh tortillas, the spicy salsas, and the odour of the best-refried-beans-you’ve-ever-tasted! Moreover, Mexico boasts it’s very own cultural meccas, festivals, nightlife, adventure, and natural beauties. What an amazing place to volunteer abroad as a team, immersed in an exciting culture, and give back to such fascinating and friendly people.

During Make a Difference in Mexico, volunteers engage in volunteer and adventure activities. Volunteers may undertake community beautification, beach clean-up, caring for children at an orphanage, and more. As well, there is an opportunity for volunteers who possess skills to teach specific workshops to women and youth in Mexico. Throughout the week, volunteers will also partake in adventure activities. These adventure activities include: kayaking and snorkelling off of a beautiful island, zip-lining in the Sierra Madre Mountains, exploring a traditional Mexican village, and more. Thus, each individual’s experiences, within this group dynamic, will be far beyond that of an ordinary vacation to Mexico.

Where: Bucerias & Punta de Mita Mexico (near Puerto Vallarta)

"It was an amazing experience filled with a mixture of fun and helping [...] The locals, the community and the children are things that I will never forget. International volunteering is great for who you are helping, yourself and everyone else involved knowing you are making a positive impact no matter how big or small."
~ Brandy Miller, Canada, Mexico Volunteer & Adventure Team Member 2011
