Volunteer in China

LOCATION OF CHINA VOLUNTEER PROGRAMS

IVHQ has volunteer programs in and around the ancient Chinese city of Xi’an (home to the world famous terracotta warriors). Panda conservation placements are located approximately two hours outside of Xi’an in the Shaanxi province at a panda sanctuary.

START AND DURATION OF CHINA VOLUNTEER PROGRAMS

Volunteers can begin on China programs on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month (volunteer programs can start every Monday but IVHQ prefer people to start on the 1st or 3rd Monday of the month where possible). Volunteers can choose to volunteer for periods of one week to six months.
