They welcome up to 120 British school children for week or weekend breaks full of fun and adventure with an educational value.

Chateau Beaumont strive to ensure that visiting groups have a holiday to remember and that the same schools will return year after year. The main reason for their high re-booking rate is our valued staff team. They understand that everyone from our Activity Instructors to our Group Leaders and Domestic and Catering team play a major role in the running of Chateau Beaumont.

Chateau Beaumont would not be able to function without any of these positions and so everyone at Chateau Beaumont is treated equally and works together to ensure that we operate to our full potential.

Chateau Beaumont is a small centre, this allows us to get to know each member of staff and discover the areas where they will excel. They will find your strengths and will guarantee that you are given the opportunity to develop in your chosen role, whether this is as an activity instructor, group leader, catering or domestic staff or even maintenance and gardening.

If you have just finished your degree then Chateau Beaumont is an ideal place to get you on the ‘career ladder’. Even if you join for just one season you will learn and develop loads of new skills that will prepare you for any future profession, especially if you’re looking for a career in the Leisure Industry, Teaching or Child Care.
