We are a Kenyan company and we offer eco-tourism, responsible tourism and ecovolunteering programs in Kenya since 2008. The directors Astrid and Erick are French. The staff is Kenyan. We speak English, French and Italian.

We are based in Subukia (Nakuru North) where we have an eco-camp (Subukia Bandas) but we also have an eco-camp in Maasai Mara (Mara Kima Camp). Only for 12 to 15 people. With private bathroom, solar panels and biogas.

We organise safaris (personalised programmes according to your wishes and budget, in Nakuru, Maasai Mara, Solio, Bogoria, Baringo, Hell's Gate, Naivasha, Crater Lake, Longonot, Mont Kenya, Aberdares, Samburu...) and many other activities like trekking, horse-riding, mountain biking, bird watching, cultural visits, encounters with the population. All our activities are respectful of the environment as much as possible.

You can find photos, descritions and tariffs in our website: www.wild-routes-of-kenya.com

We have an educational farm with a lot of domestic animals and offer eco-volunteering programmes consisting in colobus and blue monkeys observation and census, birds indentification, horse training, study of medicinal plants, protection of donkeys, farm animals care, assistance to orphan and refugee children...Please find attached the general programme of our activities. They are very appreciated and you can see some comments and photos in our blog: www.eco-volunteer-kenya.blogspot.com (the French version is more updated as we have a lot of French participants: www.ecovolontariat-kenya.blogspot.com). The programme is directed by a veterinarian (myself) and a wildlife specialist guide (Joel Korir).

We have a partnership with French associations to help orphans and refugees (ASES and Terraqui), and with the KSPCA/Donkey Sanctuary to protect the donkeys.
