We wish to enrich and improve the lives of both the local people and volunteers by providing new and memorable adventures and experiences.
Nepal is a beautiful and diverse country, ranging from the well-known peaks of the Himalaya to the low-lying regions of the tarai incliding birth place of lord Budda. Words are ever too limited to express the beauty and attraction of the geographical and cultural landscape of Nepal and the warmth and generosity of the Nepalese people, because it is really a feeling of the heart entering through one's vision. Still Nepal has not been able to develop its various sectors which has resulted to widespread poverty, illiteracy, various environmental and health problems. Then government of Nepal is not able to fulfill all the needs and demands of its citizen.
Glancing to these entire present situations prevalent in this country, in the active collaboration of 7 active and positive volunteers from Nepal and other neighboring foreign countries like U.K, U.S.A, Europe, China etc who have been sacrificing their lives in the promotion of volunteering and travel sectors of Nepal WVN Nepal was established with a global and wide aim to unite all the volunteers coming to Nepal throughout the world. Based in Kathmandu, WVN Nepal is a non-governmental organization (NGO) registered with the Social Welfare Council of Nepal. Founded in 2013 by 7 Nepalese with many years of experience with international volunteering organization.
We are established to link international volunteers with Nepali people in an attempt to enrich and improve the lives of Nepali people and provide a new and memorable adventure for volunteers. Our mission is to create and develop a range of dynamic opportunities that would benefit the volunteer and the communities of Nepal.
