A marine conservation project in Mozambique that gives you the chance to take part on whale shark research, coral reef monitoring and turtle nest surveys whilst discovering a great scuba diving destination.
This research project is an attempt to get to know a bit more about the indicator species of fish, to help to prevent irreversible damage on the Mozambican coastline.
You will have the chance to engage in activities such as:
- Whale shark research
- Coral reef monitoring
- Humpbacked whale monitoring
- Turtle nest surveys
... and to explore a great scuba diving destination.
You are needed to carry out field activities and help fund the project. In exchange, the project offers you a great chance to take part in diving, snorkelling and beach experience whilst gaining first-hand marine research skills and contributing to a worthwhile project.
