Requirements:

- Minimum age 18 yrs
- Working Guest in agriculture: This programme is only open to UK and EU citizens that live in the UK.
- Working Guest in tourism: This programme is only open to UK and EU citizens that live in the UK.

Additionally all participants must:
- Be resident in the UK
- Speak English fluently
- Be motivated to stay in a Norwegian family and be willing to adapt themselves into their way of life
- Be prepared to perform various tasks proposed by the hosts
- Have agricultural experience (only for farms).
