Volunteer Health Care Projects in Peru

General Info

The medical center offers health care to the people of the District of Chorrillos - Lima. The clinic serves approximately 70 - 80 patients per day, with a variety of conditions from the common cold to HIV/AIDS.

In addition to general medicine, the center also has a dentist, a pharmacy and a laboratory.

Health education programmes are offered at the health center and in the local community. There are opportunities for both medical professionals and medical trainees to volunteer on the project.
