Hospitality Work Experience Spain

General Info

This Work in Spain programme was created to give you the opportunity to undertake paid work experience abroad, immersing yourself into the Spanish culture and language whilst gaining valuable knowledge of the hospitality industry.

Requirements:

- If you’re a non-European Union candidate a student visa should be sufficient as this is an educational programme.

- For students coming from Non-EU countries it is obligatory that you have a full student visa and be a full-time student of hotel business or tourism. Furthermore, you must obtain a letter from your university, stating that this programme is an integral and essential part of your studies.


- Must be aged 18 to 35 years old.

- Previous experience is not necessary, but some hotel jobs may require participants to have a certain level of Spanish skills.

- Some hotels require knowledge of English and/or German.

- An intermediate knowledge of Spanish is a must. If you do not have an intermediate level of knowledge then it is recommended that you enrol in the Spanish course before the placement. This will be arranged for you.
