Venture Abroad is a family run business and has been operating tailor-made activity breaks for members of Girlguiding UK, The Scout Association and The Trefoil Guild since 1970.

We aim to provide an outstanding quality product that exceeds the expectation level of our customers. Venture Abroad is dedicated to offering a competitive, reliable and flexible service based on a culture of honesty and integrity. Through extensive market research and development, we now offer activity breaks and holidays to a wide variety of worldwide destinations.

Venture Abroad is a leading specialist group tour operator, developing, selling and operating tours designed specifically for members of The Scout Association, Girlguiding UK and The Trefoil Guild. We also have a sister company, Rayburn Tours, which specialises in Educational Tours, Concert Tours and Ski Tours.

We employ people within a range of business functions including sales, operations, administration, marketing, business development, finance, IT and customer relations. All of these positions are based at our office in Derby. In addition we employ seasonal resort representatives on a temporary basis.
