Working Abroad

Our customers are of all ages, come from all walks of life, and have a huge range of interests, from hiking to clubbing, skiing to surfing, lazing on the beach to soaking up some culture. Our Overseas teams are just as diverse. But they all have one thing in common; know how to put the customer first every time.

They also know that you get a better deal when you’re working abroad with Thomas Cook. For a start, our jobs aren’t just for the summer. We’re a sizeable holiday company that believes strongly in developing and nurturing our internal talent. Because we have both summer and winter resorts, you may be able to have a job abroad all year round. What’s more, our ‘Step Up’ training programme gives a structure to your development, where you can move from Rep to Head Rep to Resort or even Destination Manager. You can move across divisions, too, if you want to.

What’s more, because we have resorts all across the globe, you will get to travel further with us,  once you get there, you’ll find we take very good care of you. Our people know they can trust us to give them a safe, comfortable place to live, to make sure they’re fully insured and to pay for return flights to the resort.
