The English Soccer School has been specially developed for South East Asia which provides fun, healthy and inclusive play through accessible, progressive and structured football programs, which compliment The English FA’s current initiatives for all young players aged 3 – 17 years old. ESS also conduct UK International Coaching qualifications, and this is done with the belief that every child or adult should be able to participate in the program of his or her choice, regardless of race, religion, creed, gender, ability, or financial status.

This spirit is fostered in an environment where everyone has a chance to play and learn, regardless of skill.

The long-term goal of ESS is to give its participants positive experiences of sport through a fun and engaging experience that will increase their chances of a more sustainable active lifestyle as well as to teach quality soccer activities along with personal development in confidence, social skills, and of course football.

About Us:

The English FA is not only the oldest Football Association in the world but is widely accepted as being the best and the most prestigious in the world – so much so it is known simply as The FA. We are Professional English FA & UEFA qualified coaches and also authors of soccer training manuals, writers for soccer publications and soccer websites.

More than Just Football:

The English Soccer School aims to provide the very best in soccer coaching for Singapore and SE Asia's youth players. Not only are our coaches’ Professional English FA & UEFA qualified, we also work as teachers and have the experience and skills that help children learn in an effective way, in a fun environment. Throughout their time at ESS children will develop attributes such as social skills, confidence, leadership, teamwork, camaraderie, determination, perseverance, integrity and sportsmanship, which are valuable characteristics and traits outside the world of football.

Football Development:

Our understanding of football (soccer) around the world, from grassroots to adult, amateur to professional, provides a unique perspective from which we can help to deliver positive results for players, coaches, teachers, schools and colleges. We offer a mixture of both indoor and outdoor football sessions in order to work on specific skills in a balanced methodology. Indoor football is a great way to develop the skills of young players. However, in order for a well-rounded development young footballers require outside training with full size pitches and goals. English Soccer School Chief Technical Director is Keith Boanas former assistant director to the David Beckham Academy.ESS are currently developing the First Level 1 Euro/Asian Football Coaching Diploma certificate for SE Asia for aspiring coaches, suited for teachers, coaches, community leaders and volunteer workers.
