They are also responsible for the students, teachers and The Bushcraft Company staff team on site, as well as our key stakeholders within the estate. Estate managers communicate directly with Head Office, and will report on all areas of estate running.

A key part of this role is to ensure that the Bushcraft Company team meets all standards set out in policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our high level of pastoral care is maintained on all camps and that safeguarding policies and procedures are adhered to. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to. 

The role requires management of a large team, extensive kit/equipment and delivery of exceptional camps; we are therefore looking for someone with management experience.
