Why The Need For Volunteers?
There is a constant need for volunteers at the centre to help with the ongoing programs the centre runs within the local communities. There is also a need for extra staff and volunteers who are welcomed with open arms. There are many benefits that volunteers bring to the project and the local community with all of their ideas, equipment and donations they bring. Volunteers also give the HIV/AIDS victims hope as they realise there is an outside effort to help them live a better life.

Volunteers Activities
As a volunteer in this program, you will be supporting HIV/AIDS infected women by helping them developing their self-esteem. Your main work is to visit these HIV/AIDS infected women in their homes to offer them counselling and support. Volunteers teach about the importance of nutrition which is crucial for all AIDS/HIV victims in their survival. The project also teaches community members to take care of their own HIV/AIDS patients and to openly discuss both the consequences of the pandemic and ways to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS. Volunteers are constantly involved in all activities of the project. Each day you will meet with the director to discuss your daily movements and progress within the project.
