All staff are expected to be flexible in their approach to their duties, and undertake the duties of any other member of the Snowlife Team if necessary. It is essential that all employees realise work in a ski resort can sometimes be very hard and unrewarding, as well as all the obvious attractions and benefits. It is the experience of lifetime and each year, some staff members return to work for us again.
We offer an all inclusive package; food, accommodation, weekly wage; full seasons? lift pass, free equipment use, medical/repatriation insurance, end of season bonus and uniform.
The season runs from early December until late April and therefore you must be able to commit yourself for the whole 5 months. You must travel on a British passport; we will obtain the necessary work permit required for you to work in Switzerland.
We start recruiting as early as June right through until the end of November.
