During his time as a Front of House Manager Martin noticed that the majority of his Receptionists had completed a very expensive and time consuming university hospitality management degree only to start work afterwards as Receptionist. Displeased about the high student fees of up to £9,500 and the fact that universities failed to teach essential hotel knowledge he decided to work together with hotels and offer a fair and quick alternative to universities. He put together a training which is based on modern day hotel requierements and is specific to hotel brand standards.
