General Info

We have specially designed an intensive 5 day long photographic holiday.We can teach you some of the most useful wildlife and travel photography skills whilst being in the most beautiful and picture perfect surroundings. We believe photographs are the most exciting way to document your trip and your camera will soon become your new best friend.

The aim is to make you feel confident using your camera in all situations, knowing you have the skills needed to show everyone the world through your eyes. If you are a total beginner we will start off with basic camera operations and work up to things like composition and lighting conditions. Or maybe you have a background in photography and want to learn something a little different? Our professional photographers are here to share their experiences and knowledge to ensure you leave us with a new set of skills.

We are situated in the beautiful Mazunga Game Reserve where you will learn a fantastic combination of bush skills and wildlife photography. The game reserve has a huge variety of wildlife and birds, where it’s possible to find something new to photograph every day. During the 5 days we will explain animal behavior and give you useful tips that will make it more easy and fun to capture animals on film.

Life on Mazunga:

* The first day you will have time to settle in and relax in our bush camp. Then in the afternoon we will embark on our first bush activity.
* From the next morning our program will be jam packed with activities such as bush walks, game drives and useful lectures.
* Night drives depending on the time of year allow you to see nature in the bush in a totally different light, literally.
* Practicing new skills in your free time can be the perfect way to build up your photo catalogue.
* Meal times have a great African influence from BBQ’s to local dishes.
