We are a Spanish Barcelonese NGO and our goal is to empower comunities in vulnerable situation. We combine activities of citizen engagement and promotion of diversity. Our goal is to fight poverty through social and laboral inclusion, creation of solidarity networks, and comunity building.

The NGO enriquezArte offers training on Community Building centered around the creation and management of communities. We welcome students and volunteers from all over the world who aim to experience a community life in Barcelona.

The goal is the integral personal development, based on creative methodology with greater participation and involvement. The challenge for students is their own commitment to work on personal development, with individual and personal development, with individual and community goals.

From the experience of the years that we have been developing projects, we create a dynamic of inclusive and social participation.

Life changing experience

EnriquezArte is an amazing place where I felt free to express myself and was surounded by amazing people. It is truly a magical place where every poject is welcome and you get to experience life in a community. I've met friends that I will keep all my life and learn lesson that made me grow. In the center you can develop your creativity and participate to all the activites whith incredible teachers. I've learn so much about myself and about community management in only 3 month. I can only truly recommend anybody to join the big familly of EnriquezArte !

Growing experience

Working in enriquezarte is very rewarding. It had a very positive impact on my personal development. The volunteers are very nice and caring, Living in a community helps you to accommodate yourself to the community advantage, it promotes empathy and understanding cultural differences.
As for the skills or knowledge I gained from participating in such a program, it can vary depending on the specific tasks and responsibilities, but generally, it provides valuable experience in areas such as: interpersonal skills, empathy and emotional intelligence, teamwork and collaboration and adaptability.

Diversity, inclusion and community life

Enriquezarte is a space where you find human richness thanks to community work. My experience has been great because from the experience and sharing with people from all over the world and local people I have generated intra and extrapersonal competencies and skills that will surely be very useful for my life and my profession as a teacher. I also learned a lot of strategies about leadership, project management, problem solving, ecological awareness. Thank you for all your teachings and for this beautiful project.

Amazing experience!

For me, EnriquezArte was a very deep and revealing experience. I learned a lot of new things of myself and technical skills. I enjoyed a lot about the comunity life and shared my time with a lot of people from different countries and cultures. All the work this center makes is incredible, the food bank is great and works very well you can help local people from the neighborhood (this neighborhood is very special for me, are a big latin comunity in vulnerability situation). The workshops are great as well (yoga, mindfullnes, climbing, marcial arts, salsa, etc.) and the morning glory will be part of my life, always! Also, they have great partnerships with other asociations. And Barcelona is a wonderfull city, that is a very big plus :))
