I've just booked a third tour with intro Travel!

If you are looking to get the balance right between culture and partying then Intro Travel are your guys! On an Intro Travel tour expect things to be fast-paced and jam-packed full of new experiences. Intro Travel compact a lot in to a short space of time - ideal for those who only get a certain amount of time off work. As the name suggests, Intro Travel aim to deliver an introduction to the country you are touring, and I have to say having completed two tours with them now, I would feel confident in travelling solo following one of Intro Travel's tours. Intro travel ensure you a safe and hassle-free adventure and the tour leaders are awesome human beings!
BALI INTRO 2017
My first trip with Intro Travel was last year when I went on Bali Intro + Ubud (12 days). Our tour leader, Alicia, was really passionate about Bali's culture and had a genuine connection with all of the locals, which meant that we would too by the end of our tour. Alicia even speaks the local language and taught us a thing or two - Teramicasi! By the end of 12 days, I felt like I had seen a month's worth of places and this is why I would urge anybody who is short on time to take a trip with Intro Travel. On each tour, you will stay in Intro Travel accommodation at least once along your way which is often a villa with a jaw-dropping view. In Bali, you will stay in the villa in Lovina which will remind you of the Love Island villa with it's bean bags and swanky infinity pool with swim-up bar, only so much better! I couldn't possibly name one highlight from this tour because I loved every single day. If I had to go back to one place though, it would be Ubud because I felt like we didn't see enough of it at the end of the tour, so be sure to book yourself an extra couple of days here if time allows! If you fancy a go at Scuba diving, then taking an introductory course on the Gili Islands (an optional activity on this tour) is the way to go. Not only is this location very affordable, I felt completely safe with our dive instructors and you will be instructed in the swimming pool before going out to sea, whereas a lot of diving schools in Thailand will throw you straight out in to the sea... Literally thrown in at the deep end! Not to mention, the Gili diving spots are likened to Australia's famous Barrier Reef ;)

THAI INTRO 2018
This year, I went on a Thai Intro + Phi Phi tour which was another incredible adventure! My favourite part of the tour has got to be either Khao Sok National Park, where we stayed over in the floating bungalows - truly unbelievably breathtaking! Our time in Koh Phangnan was also incredible and allowed for some chilled island vibes after hitting Bangkok's chaotic Khao San Road. A stay on Koh Phangnan is not complete without attending a beach party though! ;) The Sarana Bungalows on Koh Phangnan was one of my favourite stays of the tour. The bungalows are basic but come complete with a hammock and a stone's throw from our own private part of the beach. Not to mention a fix for your dog withdrawal symptoms with resident pets Dave and Rosie the doggos. The staff at the bungalows are so incredibly friendly and funny and they work so hard to ensure we enjoy our stay! Koh Phi Phi was amazing too however I felt that the volume of tourists on the island ruined the experience a bit. I am so glad to hear that Thailand is addressing this inundation of tourism on Maya Bay though as it is a beautiful place which needs to be preserved.

Following two amazing adventures with Intro Travel, I have booked onto their brand new Sri Lanka Experience tour in February 2019 and I am so excited!!!

Thai Intro Tour

An amazing experience that I will remember forever. The tour leader was excellent and provided us with a lot of information and support through out the trip. All transport was arranged and very comfortable. The accommodation was great and included a great experience of staying in floating bungalows in Khao Sok National Park. A tour I would recommend to anyone especially solo travellers.

Fav Tour Company

I. Love. Intro Travel! I’ve done the Thailand tour, and recently the Bali Expierence. Both were amazing! Always see stunning places, meet so many new friendly faces, and the guides are super helpful. They give out cool info along the way about the country you’re in & their local customs/culture. The guides go above & beyond to make sure everyone’s feeling safe, comfortable, & that you’re having a good time in your home away from home. Would 100% reccomend pursuing a tour with Intro Travel!!

I can't believe I actually did this!!!!! 😍

I had been saving for quite a while to do this trip, and it was worth every penny!!!
VIETNAM by far was my favourite, from the second I booked everything was simple and I always had somebody either by email,phone or in person to help with any thing I needed. The trip is so hassle free, accommodation, travel and activities all planned and sorted for u, all u have to do is turn up on time and enjoy.
I made friends for life within the group, the group leader Will was a part of the group and nothing was too much trouble for him, helped with anything no matter how big or small, always with a smile on his face.

I also did Thailand trip again all hassle free.

I have pre booked the Bali one too.
I don't think my experience would have been the same without intro Travel.

Best group tour I’ve been on so far

I did the 12 day Thai Intro and I loved every moment of it! The guides were very knowledgeable, energetic and caring! I was very lucky to have such a great group! We all had such a fab time!
I would do it all over again! I have already booked to do the Vietnam and Bali intro too!

Bali Intro

I done the Bali intro in May 17. Was amazing and well organised. Started in Kuta, accommodation was probably the worst here but still adequate. It was a great way of seeing the main parts of Bali leaving, the Bali Intro villa was amazing with spectacular views and an infinity pool. A lot of meals are included in the tour. A convoy of mini buses was provided all the way through the tour. The Mount Batur climb was well worth the effort. Would have been nice when in Ubud to see the Tegalalang Rice Terrace but i appreciate time was limited. Group leaders Alex and Emma were great. Cant fault it, go for it, you only live once

Balintro 12 Day

My trip to Bali was absolutely incredible. I signed up for the 12 day tour not really knowing what to expect, and was blown away by the fun activities, beautiful locations, clean and comfortable accommodation and our awesome guide. Josh couldn't have done any more to make everyone feel welcome, he is funny, knowledgeable and cared for us all like a big happy family. He knew the itinerary inside out and I trusted him to make every day the best. He was patient with us all, even when we didn't quite make the meeting time, and seems to have an endless supply of energy!
One of my absolute favourite activities was our stay in Lovina. Not only did we have an amazing private villa, complete with infinity pool, but also the best experiences. Our morning started with a boat ride out to see hundreds of wild dolphins playing in the sea - some even showing off for us. We then got to visit a local family who were quite possibly the nicest people I have ever met. We were fed and watered, given a tour of their plantation, taught to weave baskets and even had a dance performance from two of the children. I felt like one of the family and didn't want to leave!
I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to explore the best of Bali. You won't be disappointed.

Incredible experience

Thaintro was life changing! I got to stay in the most amazing places and got to meet a unique and adventurous group! I made life-long friends all while not having to worry about transportation and sleeping arrangements and just getting to enjoy the trip! Truly magical and I highly recommend it!!

Amazing experience

Bali intro was the most amazing experience! You had so many opportunities to do different things and to make memories to last a life time. The guides were super helpful and supportive throughout the trip.

Bali Intro

First time doing a group tour, was amazing to meet new people and travel around Bali and over to the Gili Islands. Really enjoyed staying at the villa, surfing and spending a few nights on Gili T. Would recommend this tour to anyone.

Amazing

I had the best group leaders ever. Jay, Whitney (thailand) and conar (bali/thailand absolute legend). They all helped me with SO much, mentally emotionally physically, but the trips themselves were really well planned and really varied activities and we stayed in BEAUTIFUL places and met AMAZING people. So much so that I booked balintro while on thaintro. So worth it all, I promise. Best experiences. Gave me such a positive outlook on my travelling experience and life in general, however soppy and no matter how much bad stuff happens too. Thanks to all - noone’s experiences will come close to that of my groups, but I recommend you try hahah!! 😂🎉 #chooselife

Great tour company

Done two tours with Intro now, Bali and Vietnam, and will definitely be doing another! Very well organised tours, and when things don't quite go to plan (such as getting caught in a typhoon), they have the team away from the tour to work things out and make sure there is as little disruption as possible. Great tour leaders who do their best to get all the group involved and make sure everyone has the best time! A great mix of partying, chilled evenings, popular tourist destinations and visits to more rural unknown local areas with great experiences. Highly recommended

Memories for life

What an awesome tour! I highly recommend this tour to anyone that’s wanting a true Bali experience. I had an absolute blast! It was the perfect combination of breathtaking nature, crazy nightlife, deep rich culture and all presented by a 5 star tour leader. Grant was amazing, he made sure everyone was safe, included and having the best time possible! Two thumbs up and a massive grin that comes back each time I think about it.

Incredible Trips!

I have been on both the ThaiIntro and VietnamIntro trips which were both amazing. I would never go with another tour operator, only Intro Travel. There is so much included in the trips, they pick you up from the airport, so many meals are included and all activities. The leaders are knowledgeable and fun, and were so easy to get along with. I made so many new friends on both of these trips, and the tour leaders become part of the family too. So many memories to cherish :) Would give 10 stars if I could!

Amazing experience!!!

Having never travelled on my own before, this was definitaly the best way to get started!! I was worried about it at first and it turned out to be the best journey so far!! You get to see quite a lot and you dont have to worry about transport and thinga like that. Which was one of my bugges worries Starting off in Bangkok traveling South where our trio finished at phi phi island was absolutely amazing!! Our trip leader Simon was fab as well!! I enjoyed this exoerience that much that I am going to do Bali and Vietnam as well straight after :)
I can highly recomend this trip without having to worry!

Australia 2017

This was my first solo trip and I booked with Oz Intro so that I would have at least some support whilst I was in Australia. It was the best desision I could have made as they put in 110% to make sure my trip was perfect! My group leader organised and booked everything for my tour down the east coast and all I had to do was tell him what I wanted to do. I was able to keep in contact with my group leader whilst traveling so that he could help with any problems that I faced. There was a lot more activities and partying than I anticipated and I had the best time and bonded with my group so well. I loved Intro Travel so much that I am traveling to Thiland with them next year. They are perfect for solo travelers whether they are novice or experienced.

Intro Travel: Balitro

Was my first ever time travelling by myself & going on a tour, but as soon as I booked I was in automatically put in contact with my group leader who would give us all the information we needed a couple of days before flying.
Felt so at ease flying & as soon as I landed I was met by my taxi driver who dropped me off at the hotel with everyone.
It’s a great experience to do! I was in a group with 22 people & never felt alone!
I’m still in contact with people from my trip.
And now I’m looking forward to more solo travelling, hopefully to Vietnam soon!

Great experience

The trip started of with drinks in Bangkok and ended in the beautiful phi phi islands. If your wanting to make friends, snorkel, travel and explore Thailand, then thai intro is the trip for you!!!
