You’ll experience authentic French culture and meet new friends while helping others as an English Home Tutor or School Teaching Assistant.

Home Tutor: If you’re exciting about working with children in a home setting, you’ll love this option! You’ll tutor your French host children for 15 hours per week, giving you plenty of free time to explore your area, make new friends, and work on your French language skills! A screened host family provides a private bedroom and all your meals.

School Teaching Assistant: If you’re seeking a classroom teaching experience, the School Teaching Assistant program is for you. You’ll volunteer at a local school for 15 hours per week, helping students with their conversational English. In exchange for a private bedroom and meals, you’ll also tutor your host family for 3-5 hours per week. This is a great opportunity to hone your teaching skills!
