Au Pair France

Become part of a family in one of the most picturesque countries in the world!

If you love children as much as you love the idea of living in picturesque France, then the Au Pair France program is for you!

You can choose a short-term (2-3 months) or long-term (6-12 months) placement in the outskirts of Paris or in the lush South of France.

Your responsibilities may include: engaging children with games and activities, taking them to and from school, light housework, preparing meals for the children, and helping them with their homework.

You’ll have an opportunity to connect with potential host families before you depart to make sure you’re both happy with the match!

What You’ll Get: 

• Placement with a screened host family before you leave the U.S.
• Weekly stipend, private room, and meals
• Pre-departure, in-country, and alumni resources
• Social outings to connect with fellow au pairs

Requirements:

• U.S. citizen between 18 and 30
• At least 200 hours of child care experience
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma
• Basic French skills (long-term placements)
