General Info

You can help to brighten the lives of some of the poorest and most vulnerable young people in country by getting involved with a variety of projects, you can assist with the following initiatives:

• Day-care centre – kindergarten level: The day care centre has places for between 25 and 40 kids and helps some of the poorest families in Cusco; you can assist with playing, informal teaching and care.

• An orphanage: The orphanage is home to children who have been abandoned or abused by their parents and works with families as well as children with the aim of reuniting them as well as giving the youngsters a range of new skills that will help them earn a living.

• Teaching in a school project: Try your hand at everything from teaching basic maths and English, to organising workshops and activities. With just a handful of teachers to 50 children between 3 and 13 in four classes, your work will go a long way towards giving the children a basic education!
