The volunteer internship work experience would involve working along side the staff at the office and doing a range of office based tasks. Depending on the volunteers background, it may also be possible for volunteers to engage in legal hearings, court and other activities the Law firm undergoes. The office is a relaxed yet professional set up where volunteers would be welcome as part of the team.

Volunteers will work from Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and you will be entitled to a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

An excellent opportunity for a budding Law student to make a mark on his or hers CV that not many people have. The chance to work along side, and get experience dealing with African Law can only be a positive experience. Coupled with the chance to enjoy Kenya, its people, its culture and wildlife would make this an unforgettable and fun trip overseas.

Nairobi is a big busy city with everything a visitor could want. Cafe bars, burger bars, shops, markets and an abundance of great places to eat, drink and socialise. This is the city that never sleeps. Surrounding it however is vast plains full of wildlife, spectacular mountains, deserts, valleys, tea plantations and down in Mombasa, coral reefs and white sand beaches. Kenya simply has everything possible for a visitor.

Many volunteers spend a few days at the beach after completing Nairobi placements. Inspire staff can organise and set up great value trips to either Mombasa, a weekend Safari, or just a night out.
