If you are a high school baseball recruit looking for college baseball scouting, we hope to see you at an Honor Roll college showcase camp.

The Headfirst formula that combines evaluation, instruction and motivation has made our Honor Roll Camps the most popular academic showcase camps in the country since 1998. Annually, we host over 850 ballplayers from across the United States and about 150 college baseball coaches at our showcase camps in Sacramento, CA, Long Island, NY and Jupiter/West Palm Beach, FL. These college recruiters, representing the nation's most prestigious colleges and universities, attend the camp to recruit, teach and share information about their baseball programs.

Honor Roll Camps are open to rising or current high school sophomores, juniors and seniors and are the best place for high school baseball scouting. These showcase camps are can’t miss events for high-performing baseball student-athletes.

Available Positions
Administrative Assistant

* Candidates must exhibit strong customer service skills and patience
* Field parent phone calls for all camp locations
* Assist parents with camper registration inquiries
* Have a strong ability to multitask
* Must be highly organized
* Work approximately 40 hours per week.

Athletic Trainer

* Certified Athletic Trainer
* Physical education graduates preferred
* Adhere to Headfirst medical protocol
* Tend to all camper first-aid related issues
* EMT/First Aid certified

Athletic Coaches

* Physical Education majors preferred
* Previous professional experience working with children
* Instruct various sports to all ability levels
* Must be flexible patient and positive

Counselors

* College students
* Must enjoy working with children of all ages
* Must be flexible patient and positive
* Supervise campers throughout activities with safety as first priority

Dance Instructor

* Dance Majors preferred
* Instruct campers of all ability levels
* Must be flexible patient and positive
* Develop camp wide/parent weekly performance

Facility Assistant

* Assist Site Director with daily operations set up
* Set up/break down of all camp related equipment
* Must be able to lift hefty equipment and keep to a schedule of daily events
* Must be flexible and a team player

Program Leads & Assistants

* Teachers preferred
* Previous professional experience working with children
* Ability to lead or assist a camp program and expedite daily lesson plans

Program Specialist

* Teachers/ Professional only
* Candidates must be proficient in area expertise
* Must develop and plan self contained classroom based program
* Run entire thematic camp program

Our Current Camp Program Offerings
Junior Camp Programs, Ages 3 ½ to 6

* Junior Day Camp
This program is designed for 3.5-6 year olds who are ready to spend the day exploring, making new friends and engaging in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities. Weekly camp themes such as: space, wild animals, the ocean, dinosaurs, etc will be introduced during camp. Camp songs, water play, art projects, outdoor play, and quiet time make this camp a big hit with the tots.
* Baseball, Basketball, Soccer (All programs Co-ed)
Provide instruction, fun and athletic development for athletes of age range of 4-15 and all abilities in the above programs.
* Mini Shake Camp
Campers ages 4-5 play in a variety of sports and activities throughout the week including: basketball, baseball, soccer, Campers also climb the rock roll, stay cool on the water slide, get crafty with indoor projects, enjoy plenty of afternoon rest time and recess, and enjoy traditional camp game activities.
* Twinkle Toes Dance Camp
Campers of all abilities are welcome to join in on the mix of traditional dance styles and latest moves. This is a beginning program that focuses on an introduction to hip hop, ballet, and modern dance styles. Twinkle Toes camp enjoys art and music projects as well.

Sports Camps, Ages 6-15

* Baseball (Coed), Basketball (Coed), Soccer (Coed), Boys Lacrosse, Overnight Boys Lacrosse
Provide instruction, fun and athletic development for athletes of age range of 4-15 and all abilities in the following programs:
* Sports Shake Camp
Campers ages 6-12 participate in a variety of sports throughout the week including: basketball, baseball, soccer, flag football, European hand ball, street hockey. Campers also climb the rock wall, stay cool on the water slide, and enjoy traditional camp activities.

Senior Specialty Camps, Ages 8-14

* Cooking Camp
Chefs of all ages make their cake and eat it too! Campers will take on an exciting culinary adventure daily with focus on kitchen and dining etiquette as well.
* Dance Camp
Campers of all abilities are welcome to join in on the mix of traditional dance styles and latest moves. This is a beginning program that focuses on jazz, hip hop, ballet, and modern dance styles.
* Magic Camp
Campers learn some of the greatest tricks of the trade in this hand’s on magical camp.
* Mad Science Camp
Hands on Science projects introduce campers to new scientific experiments and explorations.
* Kids T.V. Camp
Write a short script, make sets and props, and act it out! Campers create their own mini-documentary, commercial, or short movies--All through the use of a camcorder.
