REAL GAP STEPS IN AS GLOBAL XPERIENCE UNABLE TO MEET IT'S LIABILITIES

We received news over the weekend that the gap year provider Global Xperience has filed for administration as it was no longer able to fulfil it’s obligations to customers who have paid for programmes but are yet to travel. The Administrator has appointed Real Gap to help passengers whose Global Xperience programme has been cancelled.

MAKE SURE YOU DON’T GET CAUGHT OUT
We cannot stress enough the importance of fully researching any company with whom you book travel though, especially in light of what is happening to some unfortunate Global Xperience customers. Just because an organisation is an ABTA or Year Out Group member does not safeguard them from financial problems.

REAL GAP IS FINANCIALLY SECURE
We want to re-assure you that Real Gap is financially secure. We are part of the TUI Group, the largest travel organisation in Europe. All our customers are issued with individual certificates of financial protection, and we hold an ATOL license, issued by the UK Government, covering the cost of your flights and programme.
