Responsibilities:

  1. Research, build and implement a variety of HR processes in cooperation with the HR team. For example,  applicable HR KPI's, 
  2. Summarize and recommend best practices on implementation of a performance management system,
  3. Optimize the recruitment CRM system, and assist in building up the HR-part of the new homepage we are launching. As we are growing fast, tasks will be added in relation to what will be most urgent.
